Our Objectives, Structure and Deliverables

Objective: The Steering Committee governs, provides strategic oversight, accountability, and stakeholder representation. 

Structure:

• • Steering Committee Composition: The members commit to one year and are selected ensure alignment with the mission, equity values, and early strategic needs of the MFSN. 

  • Selection Criteria: Prioritize a cross-section of community voices (nonprofits, public agencies, Chamber of Commerce, grassroots leaders, residents with lived experience, funders). 

  • Evolution: Steering Committee will set the structure for MFSN.

Deliverables:

• • Approve budget

  • Discuss and provide feedback for work plan

  • Provide guidance for the launch of the Navigator Pilot Program & the USF Data Mapping Project

  • Develop needed task force(s), such as Cooperative Purchasing
