Deploy Navigators to meet with families, assess food needs, and ensure reliable access to nutrition for 90 days.
Coordinate wraparound support for families facing additional hardships.
Document family experiences and outcomes, working with evaluators to track progress over six months.
Use pilot insights to refine and scale a long-term food security and support strategy.
